Usage information

We recommend separating the pot and stand every time if you wish to move the planter. Instead of planting directly in the ceramic pot, keeping the plant in a regular pot first will allow you to change plants as per your decor easily.  We also send an allen key to tighten up the standing joint in case it loosens over years with usage.

Received the stand and now my piece is complete. Initially had received the pot alone without the stand, but the team immediately responded to my review and informed me as there were chances of breaking hence it was sent separately. Hi I purchased this planter as I wanted the entire one with the wooden stand. The description too shows the size of the stand. But in reality I received the ceramic pot alone. Kindly let me know how do I get the stand as I wanted the entire piece, not the pot alone. Please guide

Hi Shilpa, The pots and stands are shipped separately because the stands break in transit due to pots weight. Kindly wait for few days for the stands will reach you soon.
